EXCHANGE AND REFUND
- Products received do not meet the quantity, information and packing as ordered.
- Products purchased are false, including broken seals, opened, distorted and deformed before delivery.
- Products are overdue.
- Products are spoiled though still sealed.
- Due to technical manufacturing causes such as unclosed or flat packings, presence of foreign matters, etc.
- EXCHANGE/RETURN CONDITIONS:
Exchange/return conditions and schedule are as follows:
- Upon receipt of products or within 5 days as of the date of receipt (except for Sundays and Holidays).
- Products to be exchanged/returned shall remain sealed, labeled, unused ever and enclosed with purchase order invoices.
- Exchange/return do not apply to those products under promotion program if such provision is specified in the program or previously exchanged, except for those that are found with technical issues again.
- Exchange/return do not apply to those products damaged, dirty or crashed due to customers’ faults.
- Any costs of transportation, communication, etc. shall be at customers’ own payment during exchange.
- Customers will get refunded to their bank accounts or in cash by Nam Xanh after deduction of any variation costs (if any) during exchange.
- EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCEDURES:
Step 1: Upon receipt of ordered products, customers are advised to double check the following such as quantity, types, packings, etc. If you find any problems witnessed by our delivery man, please contact to inform us about the exchange/return at the hotline 028 2200 7755 or 028 22 114 115.
In case, the delivery man has gone, you are advised to contact us at the address below for help and support.
Step 2: After you notice to the Customer Care about your case, please have those products of exchange/return sent back to us at the following address:
